| Who pays the freight on returns? |
| You, the consumer, are responsible for paying the freight to get the defective product to us. Diamond Audio Technologies pays for shipping the new product back to you. Our normal shipping method is UPS ground. This can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on where you live in the US. |
